The Norwegian student Martine Vik Magnussen was killed in London, 14 March 2008. Martine was only 23 years.

Farouk Abdulhak (22) is the only suspect in the case. He left London shortly after the murder, and has since lived in Yemen under the protection of his father; Shaher Abdulhak.
Yemen has no extradition treaty with the United Kingdom or Norway.
